waste of time doesnt allow me to bid anything total garbage
5 years applying for a house and I still have nothing
I think they should remove the feature where you can see the priority of a person that was offered a home that you placed a bid on. We had a medium medical priority placed on our application in Jan 2018, but a bid on, and it said it was offered to someone with the same priority but it was applied April 2018. It's very frustrating to see things like that if you're not even placing on the top 20.
After using this site for 8months it suddenly stopped working. I can login from the myfcho website but the app will no longer allow access. Siteing 'email/password' incorrect. I reset both but the app refuses to allow me in. Phoned FCH for help and they have the same problem. With no access to a PC and only an old phone, this was my only way to look for a home. When it was working the app info was not even in alphabetical order, new available order and didn't even give an inital area. So you are forced to go through every property again to try and find the new one available. At least put the area in the road address or some sort of order. At least TRY and make this app user friendly. This is one of the worst apps I have ever seen. Or had seen till it just stopped working. Being homeless is bad enough without making home search so difficult. You have to look constantly for the latest homes available and Not all of us have unlimited fiber optic internet. Let alone allday access to a library computer. Appalling App. SHAME on whoever commissioned this app from their warm, comfortable hi-tech office..

Uesd it for 4 weeks updated the property's every day and then got offered a place to live
Quick and Easy to open
After a week of using this service it started showing Unexpected Error and never worked after that. I re installed the app but it didn't fix it. Disappointed really. Had so much potential!
